I think that she finally gave in to 10 years of him asking her out and gave him a chance. Everything was going great the first were minutes and then he constantly keep making sexual remarks about her body. As he was walking her home he asked if he can stay the night over at her house because she was not the same girl that he had known when they were younger. She was no longer flat and that was a fact. Then Tsunade beat the crap out of him until Sarutobi was called from his office to break it up.
