Naruto right after sage training, Jiraiya. But, after a few years and Naruto masters the Sage arts and picks up a few new jutsu, Naruto. I guess I'm saying the Naruto when he reaches his prime vs. Jman in his prime goes to Naruto. Student always surppasses the teacher. Always.
