Hmmmm i gotta say:

1.- Bleach
2.- Naruto
3.- Death Note
4.- Full Metal Alchemist
5.- Hellsing (OVA's)

Those are the only ones i have seen, i'm kinda new to anime.

I'm not counting DragonBall Z for some reason
