i have another question, the first hokage had the unique ability to control beasts, ie the nine tails the second hokage could perform massive water ninjutsu attacks without the pressence of water and the the 4th hokage could teleport himself anywhere on the battlefield and created the rasengan, the 5th hokage is a genius in the art of medicine and healing. with all that said, what is the power that the 3rd hokage possessed that seperated himself from other shinobi?
