That's a matter of debate. Oro's original body, and his presence in Sasuke's mind, have been killed quite throroughly. However, it has been revealed that Kabuto has merged some of Orochimaru's cells with himself. Some think Oro will reawaken within Kabuto through those cells and take control of his body. I don't think so. Like I said, it's a matter of debate.
