hmm for me i think rank in the appearance will be:

1) Kakashi's MS: simply the coolest
2) Madara's MS: its really designed in a creative way
3) Itachi's MS: it good looking and smooth but its really basic MS.
4) Sasuke's MS: its too much complicated it doesnt look like a MS at all.
5) Madara's brother's MS: it so plane!! nothing make you look twice on it.

maybe alot dont agree with my ranking but this is what i think
