Concerning that chakra receiver it could be feasible for Naruto to overpower it. Nagato has used a ton of chakra and seems to be nearing his limit so in theory the chakra's signal strength has to also be weakining allowing Naruto to cancel out the receiver. I would relate it to a batteries electrical current as it weakens in a flash light. The bulb gets dimmer and dimmer until the point that the electrons no longer flow.
