Nah, I could only change certain groups. Not all groups. I couldn't change anyone to a mod, but I could make people smods for some reason. The mod group was restricted for me to change, but the smod group wasn't. Meaning there has to be some way to make it so we can only change certain groups and not others, since I could only change certain groups and not all groups. Know what I mean?
