Yes, they are... but the problem is we have had little to no development on the feelings standpoint from Naruto's point of view on the situation and though he won't pull a sasuke and ignore(like sasuke has done with all the women in the manga) her... he may not totally go for being with her or being in love with her atleast not without sometime...
