If I remember correctly, it supposedly gives the wielder mastery over the 6 different types of nature manipulation. Also, when Pain used multiple bodies for battle, each Pain body could see what the other was seeing, thus eliminating blind spots.




It also gave that snake from The Jungle Book the ability to hypnotize Mowgli
