Come on, her taijutsu is terrible. She swings around wildly hoping to land a hit. Thats not decent at all.
She dispelled 2 genjutsu during the entire series. Kabuto's the destruction of the leaf arc and Kakashi's during the bell training. She never casted one.

Sakura blows outside of med ninjutsu. She is chunin lvl when it comes to battle capabilities. She has no offensive jutsu, no summons and low chakra capacity.
