Why is this surprising to anyone? Obviously the Wal-Mart employees are too stupid to make sure the returned box actually contains what it's supposed to.

The same thing happened to a friend of mine who worked in retail, except when he was putting the car stereo back on the shelf, the box ripped open and out fell the brick the customer had returned.
