You never once told them to stop mocking you or anything. Infact you said "come and say whatever you want about me" so no they didn't commit any misconduct or disrespect authority without appropriate clearance to do so. You should've given them a warning, why're you trying to justify yourself for being innocent when you clearly baited them in to those demotions.
Also I thought NL was merging with ML?
