The actual abilites the Rinnegan offers is control of gravity, a statue that converts souls into energy, the ability to transmigrate ones chakra or mind and use of all five elements which wasnt even proven exactly. Anything else is just a variation of one of these abilities.
Sigh, Rikudou should show us what a real rinnegan user can do.

People live relying on they're Knowledge and Perception, and thus are bound to them.....
Those Boundaries are what they tend to accept as "Reality".....
However..... Knowledge and Perception are both ambiguous....
so "Reality" could be nothing more....
then an illusion....
