Gaara's probably my favorite.
Shortly after would be Killer Bee, 3rd hokage, Jiraiya, Itachi.
Oh, and Killer Bee might not be in the anime yet, I haven't been keeping up with the anime so I wouldn't know.
Edit: Oh, and I forgot Kimimaro as well.
