An Ancient Rival Goal

Shisio could feel the bile rising in his throat. The Konoha scum had escape again, he had him in his grasp.

It seem that luck was on Hiro side, for now. As of this moment, he was a missing-nin of the Kirigakure, or so he had declare himself. Using his blade he strike his headband village symbol and there was only one thought in his head.

“It’s time to vent my frustration, Reika body will be in that river, if it’s the last thing I ---’’

The sky above is illuminated red, meteors can be seen rushing past overhead.

“Nooooooooooo, Hiroooooooooo, that bastard had better be out of ther….’’

Two giant eagles, glides up into the sky with companions on their back.

“Hehehe… the lucky bastard… that another fight for another day, as for now I can hear that river calling to be fill”

He turn and begins his journey back to Kiriga, his thoughts focus on one of his toughest mission yet, the assassination of Kirigakure Rokudaime Mizukage: Jigen Reika. There were rumours surrounding her rise to power, apparently she had defeated her predecessor, shortly before the fourth shinobi war, although it’s not clear how she had achieve this and exactly what happen to the Godaime body.

There were also rumours of her power even rivalling Yondaime Mizukage; Yugara Tonkou, former host of the three tailed beast, who was notorious for his reign of terror and although little was known of her history, there have been rumours that she herself might be a jinchūriki host.

Shisio thoughts become even more erratic, he see visions of himself becoming village leader, immortalise by the thought of being, Shichidaime.

His thoughts are interrupted, he stops and looks around fully alert.

He was not alone, in fact he had suspect he was being tailed since his departure from the previous battle.

“Show yourself coward or I’ll come and get you”

A figure steps out the shadow of the trees, and stands still on the branch before him.

“Kirigakure; Mist Slasher; Shisio Akuma-Enmu, I’ve got a proposal to make” says Uchiha Sasuke.

“And just who might you be…”

“I’m Uchiha Sasuke!!!”

“That is a mighty strong claim there son, even if you are who you claim to be, I have no reason to listen or even converse with you. So if its all the same to you I’ll rather be on my way.. oh and I’ll only say this once”

Sasuke frowns and remain still.

“Alright have it your way.” Shisio runs into his opponent and grabs him by the throat, easily throwing him into the branches below.

His opponent continues to fall, he hits the floor and stay still. Shisio leaps from above and lands onto his opponent back.

His spine cracks and Shisio steps off.

“ Uchiha my ass… now to just find a riv—’’

Sasuke begins to raise to his feet, his spine snapping back into place. He looks at Shisio and smirks. A bone is protruding from the top of his spine, he reaches and pulls it out.

“ What the…”

He holds it in his right hand and unsheathes his Katana with his left. Moving in a blur, using his spine as a whip, he latches it onto Shisio mid-riff and pulls him closer, while charging his katana with lightning.

“Fūton: Atsugai”

This was one of the few Ninjutsu technique Shisio had mastered, a powerful gale force that crushes the opponent instantly.

The wind rushes towards his opponent who is just inches away from be-heading him.

It stops!!! The jutsu vanishes and Sasuke is left unharmed, with his Katana just within hairs width of Shisio neck.

He halts and Shisio collapses on his knee.

Shisio looks down as his waist there is nothing attached there, he is sweating and shaking.

“This doesn’t make sense… my chakra…my jutsu…gone!!!”

He looks up, they are back in the branches where he first encounter the shinobi claiming to be Uchiha Sasuke.

“Now are you willing to listen to my proposal, or should I finish the job?”

“What… Genjutsu, you bastard. I am the Infamous Mist Slasher no little punk can…”

Blood erupts from his right shoulder, Sasuke stands over him with his Katana drawn and Sharingan activated.

“Do you value your pride or your life?”

“A Sharingan, hehehe, I expected no less from an Uchiha, no wonder I was stop so easily.” Shisio slumps onto his back and glazes up into the sky, while drawing deep breathes.

“Well, what the last Uchiha doing out in these neck of the woods and offering me a proposal too I might add”

“I want to be Hokage and I’m recruiting!!!” replies Sasuke
