-Background Information

Misa: She is known to be an extremely deadly Kunoichi and his highly respected in her village. During the 4th Shinobi war, she fought brilliantly and bravely against the SNA troops that threatened her home town. The SNA particularly had problems with her therefore, she is still alive today. Like Shisio, Mizukage considers her a valuable aspect to the village. However, of recent she attacked both Tank and Sakuya and attempted to poison them by spiking their drinks. Due to Tank’s perceptive eyes, he caught the trick in the act, which forced her to reveal her identity to them. Despite being loyal to the village in the past, the Mizukage never ordered a hit out on the SNA duo, and once she found out about it, she rushed to the scene. Misa’s actions hints that she is either from a different source, or she has objectives of her own, considering that Mizugakure is trying to strike a deal with the SNA, or at least use them without huge commotion.

Misa is known as the mists Alchemist due to her having the innate ability to instinctively mix compounded poisons into even more deadly substances. She is a shinobi who relies on deadly toxins to kill her opponents as it is rumored that her weapons are drenched in toxins. Though, she is still skilled in the arts of assassination. She may carry anything from pin needles to short blades that has been drenched in toxins, to poisonous gas bombs. Her trade mark weapons are two .45 caliber pistols that fire off bullets that explode and release deadly toxins that spread into the body. She said a single blow could kill a powerful summoned creature in minutes. For the past 7 years, she has traveled the world in search of the most deadly ingredients to add into her arsenal. She is however, immune to her own toxins.

This has something to do with her creating vaccines to every toxic enzyme she creates, and tests it out on her body to strengthen her anti-bodies and build u her natural immune system. She does this as a fail-safe, so that the enemy doesn't try to poison her with her own tricks.Her face is cute but devilish, think of Karin’s face, just more mature.
