Questions:

Will you be able to hold onto that 1 week ban so that you can use it at a later time or does it have to be RIGHT when you win?

If the answer to my first question was yes, then if you win more than once and you have 2 weeks saved, could you ban a user for two consecutive weeks? Or would you have to pick a new target?

Also, I'm in.
