So 24 hours after it starts is the deadline for turning in the answers to you via PM?

Can you ban ANY member? Or is it only members that have said they'd participate?

If you send in an answer then find a faster solution can you send the faster one in after you already answered?

How soon after the first winner is decided will there be another round? (assuming it's at your leisure)
