I made MUFFINS!
with Splenda, instead of sugar... for the first time... this might sound weird, but i actually think the flavour and texture is... more enjoyable!
the only thing with Splenda i must remember for next time is to bake it for a much shorter period of time than recommended, if i don't want my muffins to dry out.
anyways, my daddy (he's diabetic) was ecstatic!
