Yeah, I'm not convinced there even IS a mystery virus. You quote Matador94 as a news source, and that place specialises in bringing hyped-up fantastical bullshit to the waiting Internet masses. The YouTube channel where the arrest video is located is obviously a hub of conspiracy-mongering bullshit. Quote a few more reliable sources, and I might be swayed into thinking this is more than your average Internet scaremongering.
