If ur refering to KN1 from part 1 vs base naruto from part 2 after wind training, shippuden naruto would own KN1 naruto because KN1 wasnt able to be sustained for very long and naruto could just simply throw KBs at KN1 until he wears down so bad naruto can just hit him with a rasengan ending the fight. No need for the FRS preSM.
How about the long talked about SM naruto vs Kisame (obviously with samehada) Naruto can go up to KN2, but after that its all the Kyuubi. Fight takes place in konaha crater where naruto fought pain and naruto cant summon fukasaku or shima because he never actually has shown shown that he can. And since narutos summoning skils are crap compared to his other sills I doubt he could do it anyways when hes always had so much trouble summoning the frog he intends.
(Also, SM can be asorbed from naruto externally, as can elemental chakra since KBs onvious raiton chakra was absorbed).
