Kenshin would shit rape pwn bomb Jin!!! Kenshin is not only much faster because after learning the final techiniques of hetain mitsarugi from seijiro Hiko and being able to fight at full speed and power without reverting to his manslayer persona. Kensin has Amakauru-riu-no-Hirameki which moves beyond Godlike speed (something like raikage super shusin speed).
Well, that and kenshins very analytical so he would Immediatly notice Jin wears glasses so get rid of those and his vision is crap making kenshin seen even faster.
