Uuuum, are u sure that point blank cero that destroyed half of Ulqs body couldnt of been what caused him to die, thus turn to dust?

Anyways, Im not sure how the Hokyoku is supposed to benifit Aizen other then by helping to regenerate. Well, maybe Aizen realised that Ichigos new power could very well destroy him so by fusing with the Hokyoku, hollow powers can no longer harm him or something. IDK?? It sounds like some other kind of plot armour Kubo awards the most fail Villan since naraku.
