Team sports are inherently less manly because you're relying on a team. The only instance you wouldn't deduct manliness is when the team aspect is based on individual performances only. Like in wrestling.

Team sports aren't inherently unmanly because of this alone. It's just a single facet of manliness, of course. Hockey involves slamming people into walls and fistfighting while speeding around with blades on your feet in some ice arena. Making it vastly more manly than something like gymnastics.

But something like soccer involves prancing around like a faggot for god knows how long, getting penalized for doing anything potentially manly a good majority of the time. And when someone does something slightly manly, like trying to kick someone for being a flamboyant european (Or whatever non-american place he's from) dick, the flamboyant euro dick dramatically flops around like a cock sucking trout just to make sure the ref saw it. All while the majority of the world, which is full of complete pansies, is watching. While anyone with manliness that sets off the goddamn richter scale ignores it unless the story pops up in yahoo news when he's checking his email.
