Quoted for truth. Chin straps are not a beard. Goatees make your face look like the pubic region of an unkempt woman. Mustaches are for pornstars. Grow a full beard, or quit complaining.
For the record, my beard is constant and goes from neatly trimmed (the pic was actually when travelling when I buzz it right down to keep the crap out of it) to full mountain man. It has also been to the top of Kilimanjaro. It counts as epic.
