I did hear that =p That's what amazed me, they fact they must be able to shun all liability should someone fall. if we're working any higher than 2 meters (I think they've reduced it to 1.7m or something retarded) you need to wear a harness. If we did the work and fell without wearing a harness worksafe comes down like an A-bomb on the company and they could easily get shut down then and there.
