I live in is a very small town that has only 1 grocery store, and they charge higher then average prices just because they know the nearest competitor is 20 miles away. So you should be able to avoid travel expenses and pay the same for goods, but the store isn't allowed to recoup the additional cost they pay to have their products shipped that extra distance?
