Actually, I find Nyanaeve and Elayne far more annoying. Egwene, even early on, proves powerful, adept and intelligent - she has more reason than most to be arrogant and expect things than others. Siuan sees that. Nyanaeve with her block and Elayne with her idiocy over rand and the ter'angeals AND particularly Mat bug me endlessly. I can see the usefulness of Mat and his medallion, what is wrong with them? I thought Aes Sedai were smart.

I'm at least enjoying Rand's dealing with the current batch he has under his power.
