Cheese cake with lime ...
1 packet digestive biscuits
200 grams butter
Crush the biscuits in half fine piece, melt the butter and pour it over the crushed kiks.lægges in Gunden of a cake shape and fordeeles evenly. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours or a quick nip in the freezer
200 grams icing sugar
200 grams Cream Cheese
A pint of cream
Take the cream, whip the semi-rigid, add cheese and icing sugar. Whipped stiff, and you pour the juice from one lime, and season with vanilla, like a teaspoon. If you would like it a little more tart, add more lime, more sweet, add a little vanilliesukker.
When the cream is as you want, pour it into the mold and place it in the fridge
It is a very soft cake and goes easily broken, but the taste is really good. If you'd like a slightly firmer cream, one might add isinglass, but beware - it may well come to grits
