Summer Starter
2 avocados
1 can tuna in water (shrimp can also be used)
1 small glass of red caviar
2 dl. sour cream or Greek yoghurt 10%
approx. 2 tablespoons onion into very fine dice
approx. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper
For garnish.
A little shredded lettuce
4 slices lemon
Start with the dressing. Sour cream, onion, lemon juice and half the caviar Mix
and season with salt and pepper. Do like to draw in the refrigerator for some time.
Shredded lettuce down on 4 plates.
Avocados halved, issuance and fur skinned off.
The half avocados cut into slices, but that they still hang together at the top.
They are laid on the plates and spread out in a fan shape. Place a good dollop dressing on the tuna and arrange it.
Garnish with a little caviar and a lemon rider.
