I remember working for Best Buy and someone brought in a router they had for like 6 months before it stopped working. I had to explain to this idiot like 3 times that we didn't take back a product outside of the 30 day return policy. His response? "So you're telling me, I can only return it if it breaks in the first 30 days? So I'm out of the money I spent on this thing?" ...yup!
