It' not legit. The Sun's apparent path in the night sky already included the constellation of Ophiuchus since Ancient Greece and nobody cared about making Ophiuchus a Zodiacal Sign back then and even in the 20's, when the constellations were arranged and tagged for proper astronomical study, they made said constellation an Herculean one instead of a Zodiacal one.
