Let it hang out for a few moments to get some color and sear, and then flip. It won't take long at all, so be sure to keep an eye of the suckers.
Take them off and put them under tin foil to rest. Just let it ride until the veg is done.
When the veg is done, plate it. Then add salt, pepper and butter (I use a healthier substitute). Put some meat on the plate and BAM! Yummy. <3
