It will not unfortunately. It is slated for a slightly later release date. I hope in another month or two after the initial release date.

All great games I also play from over and over again at least once every year or two. I'm currently playing the handhelds. The Legend of Zelda: Links Awakening, The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Season, and The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages. I'm amazed by the graphics of these GB and GBC games when compared to others of its time.
