Admittedly, I may be a bit overly prejudice against ikea now. My old lady is constantly coming at me with one thing or another that she wants. Claiming it was an isolated incident. If it was just one piece that was lacking hardware. Thats understandable, but all four. I almost couldn't believe it.

Then when I tried to get the supplementary hardware sent out. I was given the run around, about how they subcontract out shit to various smaller manufacturing companies. That I would have to contact the specific contractee to obtain the missing parts. Ended up just going to home depot, and getting what was needed.

I will agree, the furniture we bought was of good quality, and made of solid material. And it was a good deal for all four pieces, but still. I was thoroughly upset at the lack of quality assurance, and customer service.
