I would go with the third dog or the second dog. Depending on what you were going for. Third dog is young, probably wasn't abused, doesn't say anything about not being house broken. I would assume he was returned because the owner had allergies. Not the dog. But if the dog does have allergies that's almost always fixed by going with a grain-free food. So no worries.
Second dog probably had a shit life, so it'd be way nicer to adopt that one. But he could have crazy habits that you'd have to be careful with. Definitely not a dog I'd put my face near any time soon.
First dog will probably shit on the floor. Not a fun thing to come home to. Mucho rage.
And streets of rage, fuck yeeeaaaawww...fuck.
