Naruto is going to beat Tsunade with one finger & she'll acknowledge his strength. Tsunade will then converse with Raichu about allowing them to help since they're going to enter the war regardless. Naruto will eventually be the one to sniff out the Zetsu clones. Evil intent & all that junk.
