Since it hasn't been mentioned, I thought I'd do it. Basilisk. Great "short" manga, 34 releases. Some time since I read it, but I can thoroughly recommend it.

And also one manga I read a long time ago and have no idea how it has progressed is AIKI. Also a Seinen manga, crude humour, sexual themes and martial arts. Weird but quite fun to read in my opinion.
