Takedowns + Not being terrified of AS = best chance of winning, imo

If some of the good wrestling welterweights went up, or if AS went up to LH, I could see him losing. Still, AS is a pretty scary guy. The guys fighting him can't freeze up because of that shit. Or else AS will fucking go beast mode and channel his fucking Ki or suck in his opponent's fighting spirit with some absorb-will spell or whatever the fuck he was doing there shortly before raping Okami.
