In another news, no more capoeira for me for at least 4 months, maybe never. Both shoulders royally fucked up. I have had them dislocated too many times before (after it gets dislocated once it's easy as fuck to happen again since the strain on the muscle is permanent, dunno how to explain it better in English). First it was the right shoulder, then it happened to the left one as well.
