Tiamat was one of the hardest boss fights I've had, I think it was the hardest point for me in the entire game. I'm planning on playing it again and I know that I'll die just as many times when I reach her. It gets even better from that point though and the ending is lovely.

Going to run through it again before Darksiders 2 comes out.
