but it doesnt, its would be like saying the right to bear arms means anyone can have a gun, so a 5 year old has the right to have a gun on them when they go to school for self defense because u know, some kids get bullied.

simplifying it would only give people the impression that oh yea youre right, it means you can say anything you want. this guy being a clear example of one of those people.
