Sorry going to have to disagree with you on this.

First off on the whole 'skirmish' between Shanks and WB, it wasnt necesary a skirmish or fight or whatever you want to call it, all it was, was a clash between there swords which is still pretty god damn impressive as it split the sky, but also think about it ? Shanks was able to block WB with only one arm. If thats not impressive then I dont know what is in your eyes. I know there is a chance that Shanks may have used Haki before you say it but again WB is a strong Haki user too and was able to be blocked, there both Yonkou for a reason.

Secondly on the issue on anybody who could fight 1 v 1 with WB, I think there is only two people up to that role, obviously Gol D Roger being one as its said they fought countless times, but the second being Monkey D Garp. Its been said already that Roger and Garp used to fight each other all over the place and it was too stand stills, so if Rogers could do that to WB and Garp to Rogers then its only fair to say Garp and WB would be the same. I know during the War WB was a beast but I still dont think Garp really let loose at all during the war, the only time I think we saw Garp using a tiny part of his true power was when he was able to punch Marco as he was soaring towards the stand to save Ace.

Now back to the part were you mentioned that Marco kicked Kizaru about, that I agree with you, I think obviously the first 4 maybe 5 Commanders in WB Pirate fleet might have been admiral level, I mean Marco has his Mystical Zoan DF which can heal him, do many things and I dont think the Light Light Fruit was best suited against it, Ace DF kicked the Ice Admirals ass, Jozu the diamond back guy he was good against the ice as well from what we seen until he let his guard down and was frozen. But again Haki plays a big part in this and I dont think Marco would be named the 1st Division Leader if he wasnt close to WB strength.
