Re: The Longest Thread Ever v28

So I went and looked up info about Darth Maul's return in the Star Wars universe, turns out he rebuilds his lower half with some kind of arachnid legging and is eventually found and then refitted with your normal bipedal set up.

But what really got me is when his death is cemented in Star Wars history,; spoileres for those who for some reason don't want to know:

"depicts Darth Maul surviving his bisection at the hands of Obi-Wan Kenobi, replacing his missing bottom half with cybernetic replacements. He then follows Obi-Wan throughout the galaxy, finally tracking him down on Tatooine a few years after the events of Revenge of the Sith. He engages Obi-Wan in a lightsaber duel, but is killed by a blaster bolt to the head from Owen Lars, Luke Skywalker's adoptive uncle."

Yep, that's right, the guy who was cooked alive by an army of peanuts who can't shoot straight killed a Sith lord.
