I like how I tried to emphasize the point that the one trully important element in this case was that a kid died in the process and instead I'm being attacked with sarcasim as an uncarring bastard...OH WELL...
The point I was
trying to make, was that although this case in unfortunate, I don't think it trully represents an actual
NATIONAL problem to suggest an inherant societal issue. Rather, that though unfortunate in any light, this was more in tone with a communal issues, or perhaps at most a limited illumination on
1 state's particular issues with it's legal system. Beyond that however, I personally feel that this mournfull circumstance is just that, a mournfull, and limted circumstance represenitive of one small fraction of American society in one particular state. I live near chicago and for what it's worth I understand that kids die everyday, weather here in my home state as a result of gang voilence, or over in Burma as a result of focused genocide, all are unfortunate, sadly, few are trully significant...
