1. When Sasuke reacts to the comment about Madara he's looking at Juugo who is facing Sasuke with Anko over his shoulder. The curse mark is in clear view to Sasuke from where he's sitting. Basically the idea is that he's reacting in part to Anko actually having a curse mark.

4. It was also a dialog issue. A conversation between Kabuto, Orochimaru, & Sasuke seemed rather odd to write. To me I would of had to written it in a way where Kabuto is first happy & giving Oro praise followed by Oro being disgusted by what Kabuto has done to himself followed by an argument between the two with Kabuto's reaction & reflection of himself. All the while having Sasuke there to get information within that conversation. The whole thing would have had to have been a much longer conversation in general. With Anko hating Orochimaru the dialog would be more straight forward.

Yea I noticed the emphasis on Anko's CS too... But I do not understand how any of Oro could reside within her now after kabuto sucked out all of Oro's power...
However, there is one thing that makes me wonder about anko... Her Curse of heaven, which is the most powerful CS if I recall which only sasuke had... and hes an uchiha, a direct descendant of the sage himself... Anko must be something like that as well to be compatible with such a powerful CS IMO...and I always wondered if there was a another purpose for the CS... What if made a special CS for the mere purpose of his revival from the heaven curse seal... as if Oro poured so much of his chakra into a certain person like anko in order to be able to revive himself if he was ever killed,. like a fail safe.... anko could be taken over by Oro's chakra in her allowing for a full rebirth after some time... I mean she did have no other purpose for Oro obviously yet he did not kill her in the forest of death... and he even killed his own teacher so why spare someone who cannot even be used by him??? IMO, clearly she can... otherwise he probably would have killed her. And why didn't kabuto kill her either??? He sucked out all Oro's power from her yet he still kept her alive for some purpose obviously....
IDK, maybe Anko could be Oro's ace in the hole as his Resurrection body in case of his death...
IDK... Even if this is true then kabuto should still be the most likely candidate for Oro's rebirth considering he has more of Oro's power in him then anyone to the point he is using Oro's body completely now.... I still think he should be the most likely one to be taken over...
Either way we should find out next chaper IMO....
