Lets face it we knew this was coming when he was revealed to be obito i hoped it wouldn't be the actual obito u know like he'd be just a vessel for whomever but he is obito he is just like nagato and he will probably be turned like u say..

Let' just see where all this goes still so much to be revealed.. But yes obito is the same as nagato and his reasons are also the same.. Nagato wantes to make a jutsu enough to destroy villages in order to bring peace by having everyone else cease fighting and obito wants the same only his doesn't bring destruction it just puts everyone in a dream.
