It was toilet humor. And even Oda's toilet humor isn't as blatantly unfunny.
Well this chapter was a waste. Pretty much confirmed what we knew since Madara revealed he worked with Tobi that there's only one Tobi and where Obito got his inspiration for his goody persona. Could be done in much less pages and end the chapter with Rin dying to actually justify the existence of this chapter. C'mon, Kishi, hurry up with the damn flashback.
