That wouldn't exactly be dumb. People have called it for awhile due to how much they look alike. Also, their eyes are excellent contrasts. Obito holds the ultimate Uchiha jutsu (minus Madara's super Susanoo) while Shisui wields the ultimate Uchiha genjutsu.

Danzou took shisui's EYE!!!! The manga states it over and over yet some of you are willing to believe he has shisui's arm after it was revealed that it was just danzou's with hashirama's cells implanted so he could use hashirama's chakra to power all the SG's, the uchiha's izanagi and shisui's eye...
Heres the facts...
: Danzou has shisui's chakra flowing through his arm, shoulder and even in his right eye...
: Danzou stole shisui's eye and implanted hashirama's chakra in his arm to use hashi's power...
: Hashirama's chakra is the only way to use shisui's eye as he did... anything else will only allow the use of it every 10 years...
: Kabuto, Orochimaru's right hand man who knows all about his evil plan and what he has done, only asked tobi for danzou's right eye to be able to edo shisui because it is all danzou had of shisui...
: Hashirama's chakra increases the power of the SG... it turned edo madara's EMS into the RG...
Clearly the facts suggest shisui's arm was not with danzou, but that shisui had chakra comparable to hashirama's which is why it was mistaken by AO as shisui's and why danzou needed it to use shisui's eye... also why shisui could even awaken such a powerful jutsu in the first place... Hashirama's chakra is the most likely thing to tunr tsukuyomi into Kotoamatsukami....
Once it was confirmed that hashirama's cells were implanted, it was obvious that danzou was using his power in that arm the whole time... not shisui's... that shisui must have had chakra just like hashirama's to the point they have the same color and power...
Then to validate the idea even more... It was revealed bi itachi that shisui's eye requires hashirama's chakra to be used properly, as he used it as opposed to every ten years which any other chakra offers with that eye...
That is two references to shisui having hashirama's chakra or something just as strong...
The whole reason everyone including I believed danzou had shisui's arm was because shisui's chakra was seen flowing through danzou's arm, shoulder and eye... and without the power of shisui's SG unable to flow out of the eye back into the body... it was the only conclusion...
That was, until it was revealed that danzou was actually using hashirama's power from implanting his cells... not shisui's chakra at all...
It is impossible for danzou to use shisui's chakra (supposed to be uchiha chakra not senju) while hashirama's cells are implanted so danzou could produce the power of hashi in that arm and shoulder...
And don't try the "but danzou could have been using shisui's chakra then, then used hashirama's from having his cells implanted" which is impossible... hashi's power is all that arm is producing which was confirmed...
And why even transplant shisui's arm if you are going to implant hashirama's cells to power everything??? it make no sense!!!
SHisui's power lies in his eye, not body or part... while hashirama's power lies in his body and thus parts... WHich is why his cells are implanted to create a hashi body to produce the power he did which is still the ultimate chakra...
The only explanation is that shisui and hashirama have basically the same chakra down to the color and power level which is why hashirama's chakra can be used to power shisui's eye the same way his own power could itself..
